NI Syndication is part of News International plc, publishers of The
Times, The Sun, The Sunday Times and News of the World. We are the
business-to-business division looking after the needs of those organisations
who wish to licence or re-use content from News International's newspapers
and archives (we are not involved with buying content for publication
in our papers, this is the work of individual editorial departments).
We work closely with the newspapers and other divisions within News
International and News Corporation to ensure that all enquiries are
dealt with appropriately.
The word "syndication" means the simultaneous sale of articles
to several publications. That most traditional activity in which we
have our roots continues every day through our News
Services. However the dictionary definition doesn't describe completely
what we do. In the past few years our activities and offerings have
broadened to reflect the demand for our material and the enormous
range we have to offer. Our client base is constantly evolving, we
now have clients across the globe from every spectrum of the media
and corporate world, from magazines to film production companies and
car manufacturers to mobile phone operators. We are proud of the service
we offer and will always try to respond quickly and positively to
all enquiries.
It's difficult to sum up everything we do on a website: the sheer
diversity of our material, clients needs and titles means it would
probably be easier to say what we don't do. However we won't try that

Working with NI Syndication
We are open from 9.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am
to 6.30pm on Sundays. At other times there are frequently people in
the office and if we're in, we'll answer your call and do our best
to help. We're used to working in the newspaper environment which
means we're used to tight deadlines. If necessary we can respond in
minutes to urgent requests and we have the technology available to
send content anywhere in the world instantaneously.
Our content is also available for online searching and purchase twenty-four
